Her outfit, expression and the names she gave to her companions makes me think she's aloof, eccentric and probably a bit of an air-head/ditzy. I didn't notice some details initially like her hoof-shaped sleeves, her double stockings and their 'cow print'-effect and the fact that she's wearing a thong.
